Since joining the company, she has refined and elevated its voice to reflect a warmer, more emotionally resonant narrative—strengthening the brand’s identity and deepening its connection with customers. Reporting to the Chief Creative Officer, Brooke oversees the development of all written content, ensuring the brand’s message is consistently clear, compelling, and aligned with its values.

At Boll & Branch, Brooke is responsible for shaping the brand’s narrative strategy and messaging architecture—leading storytelling across marketing campaigns, product launches, digital experiences, packaging, and retail environments. She partners closely with cross-functional teams, including Visual Design, Marketing, and Product, to develop integrated creative that drives engagement and conversion while reinforcing the brand’s commitment to craftsmanship and quality.

Before joining Boll & Branch, Brooke built a career in brand storytelling and content strategy, working with iconic retail and lifestyle brands such as Coach, Tiffany & Co., VINCE., and Clinique. Brooke is known for her ability to translate business goals into emotionally intelligent creative, blending strategic clarity with brand differentiation. She leads with empathy, collaborates across disciplines, and believes great storytelling doesn’t just sell—it builds lasting trust.
